when exactly should i take a fat burner such as lipo6 and also when should i take chromium picolinate (i take a multivitamin in the morning so i wasnt sure if i should take it here or not)

Well my views on Fatburners, are available on my site not here, if you wish to view them. You don't have to.
Chormium Picolinate is crap.
Picolinic Acid has been linked to Genotoxicity, (mutation of Human DNA)
It has also reported Hairloss side effects.
It also caused Ovarian Cancer in Hamsters.
Things to look out for with this.
1. It caused Cancer to living tissue, (source of the tissues being Hamsters, not withstanding).
2. If the dose was scaled down, from a Human dose to a Hamster sized dose, that means Human doses could conceivably do the same.
3. If the dose was Human sized, then long-term Humans may not get a Cancer problem, (Human doses for Hamsters, likely being excessive, but possibly non-carcinogenic in Humans), but that doesn't in my mind, entirely 100% negate that kind of risk.
You can use other forms, like Nicotinate, Polynicotinate and Chromate, (I think it's called Chromate), so don't waste time on Picolinate in Chromium or Zinc forms, it's just plain bad news. |

Hi Paul,
Boss is right. Polynicotinate is the way to go in terms of chromium supplements. This particular form bonds to niacin and has a higher absorption rate.
Is there any particular reason why you are taking chromium supplements? It's mostly beneficial to those having problems with cholesterol or their blood glucose levels. Chromium has very minimal effects on weight loss.
Here are some natural sources of chromium: beef, brewer's yeast, turkey, fish, brown rice, whole grains, dried beans, broccoli, etc...
Just remember, fat loss does not come in a bottle. Here are two things I recommend for guaranteed weight loss:

well thanks for both responses
i just started taking it because ive been hearing that it aids in both weightloss and absorbtion of carbs...i went recently to GNC and it was only like 4 bucks (with gold card ) and so i picked it up
another question...since i am taking the lipo6, when should i take it to be most effective. although the bottle says in the morning and afternoon, i was wondering if it would be beneficial before or after workouts.
trust me, im not taking the diet pill in place of a diet im just trying to supplement it more to see if i could get good results quicker. i heard it was very effective for a lot of people who had their diet and workouts already in place so i figured it couldnt hurt to try it. |

The best of the best as swanso said is two week faster for your goal, witch sucks for the prize no ? I personally believe one billion time more that you should look your diet before ... |
