I'd split those days. Don't have two days of inactivity straight, it just cuts into any fitness increases or fat loss, being sedentary for that long.
This is how you could split those days.
If you train Saturdays, have either Tuesday or Wednesday off.
If you train Sundays, either Wednesday or Thursday off.
This allows you to have maybe two days off from any kind of training, but splits them, and means you never train more than three days back to back. |

i train mon/wed/thu/sat with sprinting 9basically a run around the oval with the dog) on 2 other days and have 1 full day off usually sun (hung over)
the more you can space the wts out the better |
