I am the queen of yo-yo dieting and my weight is exactly the same. I have weighed 95-160lbs within a span of 4 years. I finally went to a professional and I am on my third week of what he calls "changing my lifestyle" According to my specialist my goal weight is 119lbs and 18% body fat. He says that I will be the same size I was at 105-110lbs if I do this the right way without loosing any muscles.
Exercise- Jari Love Ripped to the Core 1000 (consists of multiple compound exercises with cardio intervals) all these videos were reccomended by my specialist.
Diet-
Breakfast- 5:45 and 7:00 am
3/4 cup of oat meal
1 cup of Silk Soy Fiber
1/2 cup of All Bran
1 medium apple
2 packets of Saccrin
2 glasses of cold water
(I ate half of my breakfast before the workout and the other half after)
Snack- 11:00 am
1 medium apple
1 vanilla light fat free yogurt
Lunch- 2:00 pm
side salad with 2/3 cup of navy beans with vinegar and olive oil w. seasoning
2 cups of frozen mixed veggies with 2 egg whites
(this is what I am going to eat later)
Dinner- 6:00 pm
4 egg white omlet with veggies
1 serving of turkey (6 slices)
Snack- 10:00- sugar free jello with banana inside topped with fat free whipped cream (I mix half a scoop of Wey Protein in the cool whip)
Today was like a weekend for me though because of the Holiday! Normally its hard for me to eat this much or eat in these intervals (that is my goal and challange)
Happy Holidays[/list] |

I personally love this site, a lot of the other sites are difficult to keep up with unless you are on that site more hours than you sleep a day....
It feels more like a family here then it does anywhere else, well at least for me... |

Can I just ask is this raw weight?
I am eating 3/4 cups of oats for breakfast and I find it fills me up and I sometimes struggle to eat it all |

You're comparing your own metabolism to hers though.
If hers is running on a lower daily calorie amount, that probably would happen. If your body is used to getting around 2,500-3,000 cals a day, and hers around 1,800, you would expect your body to be more adpated, to eating higher caloric amounts at one sitting, making your body not feel completely sated, eating portion sizes equivalent to hers.
That's a logical asuumption to make about that. |
