I've always worked out but i just started to get serious about it within the last 3 months. I've always taken protein. Now i want to try other supplements to gain more muscle.
So right now i am taking protein, vitamins and No-xplode (have taken cell-tech by muscle tech, will not go back to it). I've been reading around, talking to people at my gym and the supplement stores and this is the stack im thinking about.
Prework out superpump 250, NO-xplode
Creatine im thinking about regular creatine or size on??
Glutamine
Was told to take Amino Acid
and HMB
Protein.
Good or over kill? Anything to add? what is the proper order to take all of these? Recommendations? Just anything to add please do.
Thank you in advance and thanks to bossman who im sure and hope will reply |

NO is complete rubbish...
supp's are fine but unless you're eating/training properly, which to me seems to be you aren't, then they won't do a thing
i've never used a "stack" in my life and don't intend to |

Supplements wise and these are all you need, if you choose to take them, and I'm NOT saying you should take them.
Whey Protein after workouts, or a BCAA stacked with Glutamine. In which case DON'T buy a BCAA and Whey powder, one or the other.
Glutamine before bed.
Multivit 1/2 at Breakfast.
Like I said I'm NOT saying you should take any.
Diet certainly would be one to look at, more seriously than any supplements though . |
