| Yeah i have a few concerns too for budybuilders like ronnie coleman and jay cutler you know the really big guys who compete they dont workout like this they isolate bodyparts so whats the positives and negatives for the waterbury method vs the isolation ones?? |

if you took the amount of drugs they were you'd be that big too...
the old b'ber's from the 50's and 60's who look better than the one's today trained with full body workouts before steroids were made
that's evidence enough...also look at any athlete from any sport (excpet runner's) and tell me they are weak and look like crap |

Not sure, even with that amount of drug, I don't have the genetics to go that far. |
