total bullshit ...

It must be fat that makes your quad looks too big for you ...

For fat lost, clean up your diet, learn training basics and stay consistant

that article is spot on...focus on losing fat not muscle...if you lose muscdle then you're getting fatter anyway so it's counterproductive...

Yes lowered Protein therefore Catabolising muscle, (and cutting Cals), can reduce mass, but DON'T DO THOSE.

Do as suggested, and no you won't look manly doing weights, or become a Lesbian with a Beard, (yes I read that once from a female, with a misguided Mother).

I will have to agree to what ppl are saying above. You need much more than weights to look manly. You need steroids , lack of style etc.

Mosr Women on Steroids don't look manly. Some use small amounts, and have little to no change in things like Jawline thickness, Voice pitch etc etc.

Even the bigger ones don't look manly, despite having thicker Jaw. The only problem ones are ones that are about 6ft, take tonnes of the stuff, way more than they should, probably look average to start with, and then end up looking like 60 a day smokers with Cocaine habit. Some do look really aged and leathery in their faces, but not all of the ones who use too much, do look like that.
