The difference is Milk will Contain more Casein than Whey powder, but a good sub.
Raw Eggs can give you Salmonella, which the Salmonella Bacteria is destroyed by cooking Eggs. |

| Yucky... I was a little confused there too. Thought you were planning on throwing some raw eggs on top of your cooked oatmeal. I've actually thought about cooking eggwhites with my oatmeal (especially now that I can't have my cottage cheese anymore  )... almost did it this morning but added whey protein instead... I'll give that a try. |

Hmmm... I don't think I'd be brave enough to drink raw eggs and I'm pretty sure Id puke if I tried (why not just take the extra 5 minutes and cook em?). Not only would they be pretty slimey going down but they can also make you sick. No bueno. Ive heard great stuff about this product... not sure exactly what its called... think it might be just Egg Whites... You can check out the website and see what you think. My friend swears by them!

hope this helps! |

Eggs contain a Salmonella Bacteria, which can cause a real digestive problem, and probably causes symptoms similar to food poisoning.
Cooking destroys it. |

Looks like the same kind of thing as Lanas Egg Whites. I know some of the Fitness and Figure people use Lanas, so why not check them out, and see how they compare with this one.
Good to have another option, so you don't feel obliged to chose this one, or not choose it.
I would say it's a good enough thing to be used, but the only setback is, there's no things in it like Fat Soluable Vitamins, Lutein, possibly Zeaxanthin, as there's no Yolk, but no matter partcularly, as Corn has those in and things like Spinach, Kale, and certain other Veggies, provide those two Carotenoids anyway.
Fat soluables are obtainable from other things as well.
So I would say it's a good enough thing to use, but check out Lanas, and give yourself that second option if you want it, so you have more choice if you decide to go with such a product. |
