Do you just like use less weights same reps sets though? Because I'm going to Puerto Rico in early June for a week so I could lift light on my friends bench who lives there but not do anything too hard.

low volume say 3 x 3 or so at about 60 - 70%...it should be easy....just basically trtain the motor pattern but nothing else...you can keep accesory work the same except for big accesory exercises such as lockouts etc

for some reason the site had not been working for me for the past few days so I will get you guys caught up.

Sat - 30 min walk, then I went to prom later that night and danced FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS!

Sun - it was the day after prom and we kind of just threw the frisbee and football around for an hour or two.

Today is senior skip day so I got to lift earlier than usual.

Deadlift

280lbs, 10x3

BB Bench

250lbs, 4x5,1x4, I on the last set I could only get it half way without the spotter pulling it back up.

DB Rows

110lbs, 4x6

Chins

32.5lbs, 4x6

Lockouts

275lbs, 3x12

I think I was able to do deadlifts because I have been doing plate pinchers at the end of my workouts.
