|
|
I injured my right rotator a few months ago ,,I need to rest my chest but I dont wanna loose any hard earned muscle in the process, I think i should cut form 12 sets a week to 6 sets a week for chest, also with high reps light weights.
For 2 weeks I have done no chest at all but from next week I must return to working my chest and for 4 weeks this is my planned chest workout:
Wide grip push ups : 2 x1 5
DB Inclined Bench Press: 2 x 12
DB Flat Bench Press to Fly: 2 x 12
is this workout light enough?,,or too light?,, what grip is best to use?,,, please advice me on how to work wround my shoulder injury
Many thnx |

do not do anything that you posted there...
instead pop "getting a training effect when injured" by tony gentilcore in google, read, learn and do what it says |
