Almost none.

Cardio could be 2x a week, not one, othrerwise you lose any Stamina benefits. You can't improve Stamina based Heart and Lung condition off one Cardio session a week, there's no allowance for adaptability, from a Cardio standpoint.

Diet secrets is just that, it's not about cutting out MC D and Beer, it's about what he ate instead, (not listed), that's the secret.

I saw part of a Madonna diet recently, it had about 1,000 calories a day, and the person was so repulsed, they didn't post all of it. Apparently one meal consisted of 2 celery sticks in a bit they didn't post.

Hollywood type diets are based on fast resuts, and probably a we don't care how we get them attitude.

He NEVER would get that look giving up some MC D, Beer, and doing 20-30 reps on stuff, that's just plain rubbish.

Plus why so slovenly at weekends, that cuts into things like Stamina gains and Fat loss, being sedentary for 2 days straight. He should split those days, so he works out for 3 days max at a time.

It's all about looking good fast for guys like that, and often they probably have neither the knowledge of, nor time to learn, how crummy and flawed the training and diet methods they get taught are, hence why they use probably dubious, definitely expensive trainers, who use a Cash cow and kudos system of training.

He's good for their bank balance and rep, and if he learns very little about good training and diet, so what? The trainer's well off, and as long as he gets what he thinks are good results, he'll be back, wallet brimming with green stuff for more the same.

Like the Calf suckling from the Teet.

Are you sure about stamina Boss ?

I do HIIT once a week and my "stamina" increase every time (I can increase the number of sprints, and maintain a higher speed, not awesome but nice progress)

But for the rest, total shit, no benefit and brad pit smell shit lol

If you want to look as sexy as him, If we cut the face, you just have to have a low BF%

Well there could be exceptions ot the rule, I can't speak for every system and every person, but it's oftne like doing weights.

If you give a novice a total body workout to get started, adaption is usually 3x a week for 4-6 weeks, before moving onto something like Splits or another slightly more advanced system.

If you adopt this methodology with most Cardio forms, you may very well end up with a situation where any Cardiovascular benefit in that way, is largely lost.

Yes with some Weight training thrown in, you might get some increased Stamina retention benefits, but Weight training isn't really for Stamina is it? That's why Marathon runners are often streaky not honed.

Finally you're surely right, maybe it's only that I'm gaining back what I was able stamina wise during last summer ...

Possibly. If you had a certain stamina level, repeating the same kind of things you did before, should in theory pretty much get you back there again.
