There is this kid at my school and he used to be really small, like 150lbs, all of a sudden he weighs 200lbs and is completely ripped. The time frame was so small everyone knew he juiced.

He got kicked off of the football team after he tested positive for steroids and now his body is destroyed, you want to know why? The kid is an absolute idiot and was taking anabolic steriods, HGH, and creating at the same time WITHOUT CYCLING ANY OF IT! He has already destroyed his body and he is only 18. When I heard this I was just like wow because I use to be friends with him in middle school.

I'm not his friend anymore because he is a dick but that is another story. He is a dick to most people so he doesn't have many friends because he had roid rage all the time for several months.

Roid rage, not sure. Maybe a really bad mood due to high test, such as what I have, it's control tough for me.

But yes this guy needs support, without informations steroids can't help you ...

At 18, what a waste, hope he get is lesson at least.

When I started training last summer, I was asking a lot informations about steroids here, I was convince that it was "the only real way" to get massive quick ... I had no informations and it's illegal to buy them so that discourage me but you can be sure that if someone like a boxe coach would have told me how to get some, what cycle to use etc. I would be a "juicy" at the moment ... The temptation is here for many of "us".

Right now I know a lot more and I don't feel the need of roids.... I will be a lifetime drug-free.

To my knowledge Roid rage is largely a Myth, it could be increased Test production causing issues.

I heard of something called Halotestin, that supposedly does that, but that's the only one.

If any coaches are offering the stuff, you should shop them immediately, and tell someone. It doesn't matter what they use or like to use, but giving it or selling it under 21's is just as illegal, but hugely immoral, and they could be telling lies to get under 21's on them, and screwing some kid up.

If a guy like that want's to mess with those, and risk sides, even if he takes them safely, fine let him, but he should NEVER be allowing under 21's access to Steroids.

I heard of one guy recently, don't know him, though at 18 he's using Dianabol, and not even with something like Milk Thistle.

What an idiot, and this guy supposedly stops working out when he hasn't had any, like it controls his motivation to train.

I actually wrote a research paper last year for English in which I heavily researched the effects of steroids and current professional leagues' drug testing policies and what needs to change to make them more effective. If memory serves me right, 'roid rage, along with the other side effects of steroid use (hair loss, muscle growth, acne, etc), occurs due to the incredibly high level of testosterone in relation to epitestosterone in a user's blood. According to many sources it is a documented condition that can also cycle with depression to cause something of a manic-depressive state among some users.

Hear what you're saying. I personally read something on a now defunked board some years back, that I was on, and the no Roid Rage is a myth except possibly for Halotestin, was stated by a Juicer, so I took it as read he ought to know that as being the truth.

Oh yeah, baldness, Testicular shrinkage, Gynocomastia, breakouts etc etc, and in women you can get receeding hairline, hoarse voice, thcker Jawline, (has a technical name but I can't recall it), narrow Cliteris, breakouts and possibly other things.

Also I think there is evidence linking use, even in safe doses to increased Heart risks, although bad dosing can as we know, be fatal in some instances.

I wrote a report about anabolic steroids for my Biolody AS, theres alot of other side effects that some people probably wouldnt have known like liver tumors, jaundice, kidney tumors, high blood pressure, water retention, increase in LDLs, decrease in HDLs. Maybe even HIV or AIDS if the users not careful (e'g Gregg Valentino).
The increased agression in steroid users is cause by the high test, not sure what roid rage specifically refers to though.

Roid Rage was a name given to mood swings, and aggressive or erratic behaviour in Steroid users, probably as a way of defining what the person had, incase possibly some people unaware of such effects of Steroids, assumed such behaviour in big muscled men, was a medical condtion, from something like an issue with the Brain, or linked to weight training in general.

Don't want to scare people off weights.

That's my take on why the phrase was coined.

Yes Liver problems can be had from Steroids. Milk Thistle is one such recommended product for detoxifying the Liver, and protecting against side effect increase.

In cases of Steroid related Gynocomastia, some people use Anti Oestrogen products, usually before or after occurance of Gyno, like Clomid and Nolvadex, which are two such products.

Why is his body destroyed? I don't know much about steroids... just curious what you mean by "destroyed"? Also... sorry for the questions... I'm a curious girl... is this not reversable with time? Thanks!

Steroids mess with skeletal tissue I'm pretty sure, and at 18, he has a long life to live to have messed up skeletal tissue.

he can easily overcome this but it's more mental than physical...if you go off steroids you simply go back yo how you looked before them and as long as you haven't done them for yrs without periods of no injections, he'll be fine

Steroid damage in Women is a different matter. Hoarse voice, Thick Jaw, receeding hairline and possibly Narrow Clitoris can't be reversed.

that is correct...it's not muscular more so then hormonal
