On week 2 now. I'm not seeing any gains or differences. Not even little minor gains that I would from other workouts and I'm starting to feel I might be wasting my time but I dont want to feel like that.

I'm just trying to put on some decent muscle mass,

Ideally, when should I be eating? Every 2 hours or what?
