i am not sure about that , but it may be possible that you doing wrong exercise. you are doing your exercise at your home , while you doing dumbbells exercise take care about these things
1 in the fist set don't use hard weight
2 increase the dumbbells weight slowly
3 do every exercise slowly( not fast)
4 how many day you do same exercise in a week.
5 fist warm up and then start doing exercise. |

| do exercises slowly??? what's that all about...you don't move slowly do you so why train like that...try and get out of a chair slowly and see how you go...go on try it right now |

I quite like the look of a Fist Set, and you warm up the Fists too. Clearly increasing Core Temperature in Hands, is a priority when you train, moreso than any other muscles  |
