Just wondering what the general consent is as far as whats better to build strenth, endurance and definition. Pylometrics or weights?

In my opinion, plyo is great for speed and explosiveness while weights concentrates more on the strength. But both can be used for endurance and definition. Plyo really helped me shed a few unwanted pounds.

Depends what you want to do, i'm sure you can find a healthy balance of both to maximise all your attributes.

well they all can do that but it depends on what you want to train for...you said in an other post you want to do roids to get bigger so plyo's won't work for that

He was thinking about A.A.S, though I suspect after reading a few posts here, he won't or at least hold off for now.

He's not in the right place for them yet, as he's abotu 176 lbs from memory.
