| If you eat healthy and a lot you'll grow more muscle and if you eat unhealthy you'll gain less muscle. Generally, eating more and eating healthy will help you grow athletically, and has also been proven to definately be beneficial to height as well if you're still growing in that sense. |

so, when you are trying to grow don't be afraid to eat more as long as it is healthy food. But, there is a limit to how much you can grow every day. Eat till you are satisfied not stuffed (as swanso5 says).
Extra fat you gain, can be lost in the future by eating a little less... |

| It could, but you might lose some muscle too. It depends how you cut your cals, or manipulated your diet. |

| wts stimulates growth meaning that without enough food you've only induced the scee for growth...if you don't eat than the stimulation is lost and you don't grow....if you eat then you do...you need both players here, not 1 or the other...this is it in a nutshell but there's a million more factors here too |
