Hello Everybody! My name is Sal, I'm 21 years old. I'm new to the forum and I hope I we can become good forum friends!!!
I have some cardio question and I would like to know if anyone can help me answer them!
Like I said I'm 21 yearls old, I weight 110 pounds and I started to lift weights but I want to keep doing cardio too. My question is; Can I do 45 minutes of cardio in the morning and lift weights in the early evening? |

your best bet is to do 45mins of wts 3/week
cardio can be done for 10 - 20mins either after it or on a different day but twice a week only
you haven't listed your goals but whatever it is most of your efforts should go into the wts side of things |
