Hi I am woman and I have some questions about cardio.
I have a treadmill in my house and I do jogging every day for 40 minutes with incline 1 after that I walk fast for 15 minutes starting with incline 15 (which is the highest to my treadmill) and I reducing by 1 every minute!
I do that at 15:00 every day.
But I realize that my body start to get used to this should I change it and what is the best change I can do ??
With the treadmill we loose only body fat??
Also 3 days a week I do strength exercises. Each day different parts of the body but I did them after treadmill. I heard that is better to do strength exercises aftrer cardio but why that ??
I want to keep my body fit actually and improve my muscles a little bit.
Any answers to my questions ?? |

| alternate 1min at the slowest jog you can do then jack it up as fast as it goes x 1min...if the fastest level is too easy then jack up the incline too....even better go outside and sprint 5 x 50m, 30secs rest...do wts befroe cardio...train full body ech workout only using exercises that use 2 joints and more...think squats, deadlifts, lunges, push ups, rows, pull ups, shoulder presses |
