My roommate uses that program. I've heard its but you do have to buy the videos and some equipment to go with it. I'm not sure what the total cost is... I'm assuming probably around $100? Not sure.
You can do alot with just your bodyweight. Dumbells are also a good thing to invest in. Also jumping rope is a great workout and a rope is less than $10. |

cassiegose has good advice. if your on a budget it is best to keep equipment costs down, forget these order programs and equipment for just xx.xx a month or only a one time payment of xx.xx.
excerciseballs offer full body workouts, jumprope awesome workout, running, swimming, pushups, pullups at the park monkey bars or leg raises, crunches, chair dips.
With an excercise ball, a jump rope and perhaps some used dumbbells all under $50.00 to buy, especially going through want adds and used sports stores, can offer a better fitness program than alot of these "endorsed" products you see advertised on tv and in mags.
Spend your money on a well balanced diet and if you can a gym membership where every type of equipment you need or want can be found, or on tried and true equipment that works.
Best of luck! |

Do bodyweight stuff, or if you want to add a bit of Weight, by just using something like a Yardbroom or a Mop, and do stuff like Deadlifts, Cleans, Torso, Twists, Military Press, Squats, Lunges, Reverse Curls, Bent Over Rows etc.
Cheap way to train.
Plus with the Mop, you could stay hydrated, by sucking water out of the fibres between sets, and using the bucket to top up your Mop :p :p. |

| True. I wonder if cleaning with a Mop counts as an Forearm isolation exercise? |

I believe it would be a compound excercise, involving back, shoulders, bis and tris and forarms as well as abs, hip flexors and some legs, so more of a full body workout, but I suppose if you alter your technique you could isolate it to the fore arms.

there you go with that fitNRG again i wonder where they hide these tips i never saw any just a poor list of exercises 130 in all that have no explination of what they are. Then theres shapefit with more exercises than i care to count, all with explinations and pictures, and then theres the workout videos NO NEED TO SAY ANYMORE IS THERE |

There's workout videos on You Tube too, I should know I linked to some at my place.
You don't have equipment so you should go ot site for exercise Tips, but you can get them here, and that makes it sound like if you have equipment, that site isn't knowledgeable enough to help you workout. |

Have a look on youtube. If you have a local park with kids climbing equipment there are heaps of different exercises that you can do at no cost.
Hills are free, own body weight is free, park benches are free. It's only limited by your imagination.
Go to the local park map out 3 diffent workouts and there is 3xsessions everyweek. |

| Good idea, but just remember you might possibly get funny looks to start with. Ride the wave of judgemental eyes, and you'll be fine. |
