| Hi I believe what that site is saying is first start out with push-up, you can go to a play ground and do pull ups on the monkey bars at night. To learn to stabilize your core lay in the front leaning rest position with elbows on the ground, don't use hands hold that position for a minute and alternate push ups. For me I started out riding a stationary bike 30 min. in the morning and 30 min at night and stopped eating after 6pm. I was 187 now I'm down to 163lbs within 2 months. I just started running once a week stoping at every stop sign. My goal is to go at least 2 stop signs without stoping. The goal is to rejuevenate and strengthing your body. I ran track until I was 21 and never lift weights and was in excellent condition. So, I finally realized that I had to do the same training that I did back then. However, I had to start some where, slow and steady wins the race. I still can only do 5 easy push-up and 5 painful ones but will be please when 10 push-ups come easy. Good luck. |
