| What are the best exercises to get rid of about 30 lbs of fat and to tone up my body, do not want to be huge just hard , defined abs and in good shape . I am really new to all of this so I will be thankful for any advice or pointers. |

food - go to diet section read "read before posting..."
training - if you haven't done wts beforee than search "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove and if you have done a fair bit of them then search "the waterbury method" and do that |

ARGH,
Lift heavy for fat lost, you won't become hulk or everyone would be one.
That's only a bad excuse for lazy people to not work hard "Oh noes I can't go heavy or I will become huge" come'on
Tone = muscle mass + little BF%
And since muscles is the best way to burn fat, you will have to build muscle in order to loose weight.
Read Swanso advice, and follow them. |
