Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm even writing in the correct place for this, but for the past year or so I have been trying to lose weight over my abs to uncover them and just now I have successfully did that. I have dropped from 185, to 150 lbs and I can see my abs now, it's just that I want to know what to do to cause them to stand out more.

Would adding weights to decline sittups be more effective? My diet is still great, as it has helped me acheive my results along with Cardio and light weight training to remained toned...I guess my goal now is to add on muscle mass without adding fat.

I can try and post some pictures later on, but any advice would be helpful.

If you :

Have a REALLY solid diet (read the sticky in diet section)
do your Squat
do your Deadlift
And have a solid workout. WITH HEAVY LOADS

then, you will have strong/massive/cut abs ...

Doing abs exercises won't help at all in putting mass or in cutting fat or in showing more abs.

Push-Ups is more effective than decline sit ups for abs ...

Light weights is shit ... sorry but :

Heavy lifting over Light Lifting,

High Intensity Cardio over Steady/Slow Cardio

Low intensity weights or cardio promote muscle loss ... while High intensity promote anabolic hormones productions, muscle mass etc.

Post your diet and workout and we may be able to help you.

As i stated earlier, my diet is great along with more cardio and light weight lifting when i was trying to lose weight.

I'm aware that when building muscle mass it requires heavier weight.

i'll try to get my workout on here at some point.

thx.
