OK, I am an at home mom of two wonderful kids. I spend my days and nights with my children (and my fiance when he's home). My fiance is in the NAVY and has been really busy with deplyments. I have been neglecting myself over the years and I have managed to pack on some very unwanted pounds and it's about time to take them off.
I am almost 25 years old. I have ideopathic lymphedema in my legs causeing me to have a lot of water weight. I want to start working out to tone up my body, but its hard with my legs weighing so much. Can someone please give me some ideas of good workouts that arent that hard to do, but work really well??? So far I have been dancing around the house with my kids, and I walk 30-45 minutes in the evenings its about 2 miles round trip. I have resistance bands, and 3lb, 4lb, and 5lb weights. Can anyone help me put together a work out plan?? Please?? Any ideas on diet would be appreciated too. |

what can we do about the water thing?
exercise wise i'd have you do some bodyweight stuff...how does lunges, squats, push ups and ab braces/hovers/planks etc go for you?
i'd also do some band rows too... |

| With the Lymphedema, is it resulting from surgery on any Lymph Nodes or Glands perhaps, because if not, you should get it checked. You might find you possibly have a Gland or Node, that's damaged or blocked, possiblty from infection. |
