hello, i have been jump-roping for the past 4 weeks in the morning and evening for about 10-15 mins. the first 2 weeks i did it for 10 mins in the morning and evening, then the next 2 weeks i did it for 15 mins both time. now i have increased it for 20 mins starting from today. i am also doing 3 sets of 10 pushups, crunches, 20 squats before jump-roping both times(morning & evening). also i have one dumbbell but i do not know which excercises would be good with cardio . i would like to know if this a helpful routine or destructive, also if i should increase my other exercises, such as push-ups, sit ups, and squats. any help would be greatly appreciated
thank you |

| you need to do some rows with the db at least or all the push ups will give you postural problems...take out crunches which are shit and replace with planks and side planks...for legs again use the db's and do static and reverse lunges...search youtube for demo's...try sprints too if you can 5 x 50m, 30secs rest so you're not skipping all the time and to make things more intense, not longer |
