there is no "fat burning" zone, it is a myth
if your breathing heavy enough where you can't talk then you're ata good stage...not to point of death but you shouldn't be able to carry a conversation either
2hrs a day of cardio x 5 a week? you WILL NOT lose an ounce of fat doing that, i guarantee you |
