I'd stick with the Vitamins for now. At least 1/2 a day.

You need ot make sure things like Bone health are good enough, no to cause a training related problem. You can't just bump up cals a bit for a while, and expect the body to just become the way you want it, so any extra help you can get from a Multi-vit at leats for the next 3-4 weeks, would be of benefit I feel.

You might get all you need from food, but many micronutrients, have good upper limits. So for things like Iron for example, it's around 40mg's, whereas RDA's are 14-15 women, and 7-8 men, so even if you used a Multivit and took a Micro like Iron up to around 20mg's you shouldn't have an issue with possible Zinc competion or anything else potentially related to high iron.

"WHO KNOWS, it's irrelevant!
Your body will fluctuate in weight on a daily basis, and you have no way of knowing your "fat count" from day to day. Measure with the mirror and a measuring tape. You are going to gain some weight, some of it fat, just accept it and move on. It's part of the process and you can use a little fat anyways, right!"

So right Diana!!!

FORGET THE SCALES - They are a bad habit just like smoking, they are bad for you mentally and really tell you nothing except how much static force your body exerts upon a 1 foot square surface. Do you truely think you stand still long enough for this to matter? Will you wear away a floor tile by standing on it because your force is too much preasure for it?

Use body fat % or tape measure or mirror, chuck the scale!!!!

You do now that unless you are doing hydrostatic BF measurements, there is no way you can be certain that your fat % is up. Those tanita scales are not accurate, nor are the hand help BF measurement scales. Hell, calipers are not even accurate most of the time and are dependent upon the expertise of the person measuring.

2lbs can be due to you needing to take a big crap.

Keep eating and stop weighing yourself and don't tell me the "people like you" can't do that. Your just like any one else on this planet, you have the ability to choose.

Maybe you have never came into someone with a food problem thing, but please believe me when i say i cant do that, it really means i cant. I can cope with the shit (voice) in my head that tells me not to eat but its really hard to do when you put weight on. In fact its near on imposable unless you take drugs or something and i dont do drugs. I dont even drink alcohol any more cos of the calories in it.

I have been having the six meals a day now for a few days but since friday i have found it harder to have the last meal. I have been having six 300 calorie meals, 1800 a day and on gym days an extra protein shake. Today will only be 1600, i just cant do any more today, going to bed now, too knackered.

It may be laxatives you're on, but even if they're to help you go, you can still have been weighing yourself before a toilet trip possibly.

2lbs increase could be from undigested food, and stored excreta and Urine.

Just like I tell my 4 year old daughter, can't is a bad word. Every time you use it you fail. It isn't even a word in some cultures and they seem to acheive things so much easier than "us".

Every time you use can't you re-inforce your behaviour, it is the ultimate excuse for those unwilling to try and acheive things worth acheiving because of the effort involved.

Stop being so bloody negative, you are perpetuating the problem through it, your problem isn't an eating disorder its a symptom you have created. And yes, I have taken some phsycology!

cheers
Sorry its so blunt but it seems to upset you enough with bluntness so that you actually pay attention and think about things being said.

Laxatives can be addictive and very harmful to your body. Perhaps you need to change your diet a bit. Are you getting enough fruits, veggies and whole grains? You should also drink at least a gallon of clean water each day.

Lastly, it sounds like to need professional help to conquer your demons. There is only so much the people here can do for you. We can give you all the right advice and lay it all out plain and simple, but you have to be willing to follow it. And yes, I do know what I’m talking about. I had an eating disorder myself. It completely dictated my life and I felt horrible all the time. People around me did not understand what I was going through. This is why you need to go to someone who is qualified to handle this. Your problem runs much deeper than a bad diet. You need to fix what’s going on upstairs before you do anything else.

"As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low."

Found this quote, and note the last sentence!

Any Questions? Good, now up your calories, eat the right foods and excercise, nobody has a perfect body and there is never a perfect body weight for a specific height. Doctors recommend you never weigh yourself more than once a week and some say longer. Every day and several times a day is wrong.

cheers
