lol swanso, I will admit Katie is a very attractive woman who seems to have her head screwed on right and is already a "fitness nut" like I am trying to become once again. What more could a man ask for? But, ho hum, I be married already and have a beautiful 4 year old daughter to boot.
Ah well. I will just have to call her friend and value her as one!
cheers
PS Katie, all in good fun my dear, hope I have not crossed any lines or made anyone uncomfortable. |

I want an hourglass figure. I'm petite and pretty narrow (straight up and down) and I would like to try to develop some bigger, curvy, wider hips. Are their any exercises that I can do to make my hips wider and give me the )( shape. Thanks!! |
You really need to focus on building muscle in your legs and butt. Squats, and lunges done with weights are a great idea. Also try jump squats. The Stair Stepper is wonderful. Unfortunately I agree you can necesarilly make your hips wider but, you can build muscle to make them appear wider. |
