biceps triceps and chest ? LOL

Work on big muscles, HEAVY.

Lift Heavy
Eat Heavy
Sleep Heavy

No place for light there.

Learn to Squat and Deadlift and Chin/Pull Up and rows.

Read the "Before Posting" Sticky in diet section and for program design ( NO YOU CAN'T JUST TRAIN BEACH MUSCLE OR YOU WILL END UP WITH NO GAINS AND A MAJOR MUSCLES IMBALANCE ! ) look at your body is a barbell or look into the waterbury Method.

i agree no light weight for muscle gains. Its heavy or go home and stay there. Its all about 3-5 reps at a heavy weight then you will see you muscles react.

Light won't get you anywhere.

Select a weight that lets you do more than 6, but less than 12.
As an above poster said, lift heavy, eat heavy, and rest heavy.
