| Things that might help you, and I say might, are a good water intake, and a good level of EFA Fats. |

It's funny how guys equate a full head of hair to masculinity. Actually high test levels contribute to hair loss in men, and high test levels are a definite masculine feature.
Forget about all those products, some people report a little hair growth from rogaine, but only if it is used before the hair has receded.
IMO, a hair transplant is the only sure bet. But I'd rather see a guy just style the hair that is left (no comb-overs please, doesn't fool anyone) or just shave it off. Or get brush cut. Looks bad-ass and nice girls like that

Maybe get it slightly curly. Teh Curls will stick up like a small forest masking a lot of the bald bit, and making the thin streaks less obvious.
Sounds silly, but might be one possible option. |

You should actually just begin a regimen of propecia/finasteride daily. It will thicken the hair follicles that have already begun to thin and may cause slight regrowth (likely to occur in your crown). The only downfall is that it is fairly expensive at 50-90 dollars a month.
A transplant is only effective if you are on the above medication (or using rogaine), and even it will never restore your full density. |

Finasteride is a Steroid is it not, and Propecia is a Precription drug.
Hairloss can be attributed to very high Test and DHT production. Not sure Fina is a particularly good way to go. |

Finasteride is the name under which generic propecia/proscar is sold. |
