    Body Fat: 31%

    Bust: 38 inches
    Waist: 35 inches
    Hips: 39 inches


Goals
    145 - 150 lbs
    Flat stomach, no pooch.
    Bikini-ready body.
    Increase energy.
    Reduce fatigue & mood swings.


Workout Plan (for the week)
    Tuesday: Cindy Crawford strength training workout video (45 mins.)
    Wednesday: Sprints Routine
    Thursday: Rest
    Friday: Circuit Routine
    Saturday: Jump Rope HIIT Routine
    Sunday: Boot Camp Routine
    Monday: Sprints Routine
