| My husband had purchased the perfect push up for me a while back and the boxed stayed in my garage for months. I posted a thread a while back about toning my arms and I was told to do push ups. Well, as a result of some wrist injuries as a child and being a typist for 5 years, push ups put a lot of strain on my wrist. To be honest using the perfect push up or dumbells is the only way I can do push ups and not feel such a strain. I have to admit for me do the perfect push up with the twist is more challenging than doing them on my dumbells. But, if a person doesn't have problems with their wrist then they wouldn't have a need for the product and would probably find it useless. But for me it works, taking that pressure off my wrist. |

I personally think the perfect push up is great. I don't think it is any more effective than a regular push up, but for me, a regular push up ALWAYS created pain in my right shoulder. With the perfect push up, I have no pain at all and can do many push ups. |

| I personally own this item and it works very well. I seen results within a week, felt results the same day. |

gator - you're masking the problem which is the shoulder so get that fixed...if push ups of any sort hurt your shoulder then you're in trouble somewhere
thingosexual - i bet if you did proper push ups you'd have got the same effect |

| I use these, I mix it up every week between normal pushups and using perfect pushups to warm up pre-workout, I can do more normal pushups than perfect pushups. And I finish with a dropset at the end of my workouts (chair, floor, knees) where the sweat would run down my back like a waterfall. OK maybe not quite that much. |
