| hi im 37 and have 2 kids, i had a c section 12 yrsago, was last one, it a bikini cut, and it makes it hard to flatten that part also. much less flatten my tummy also. any advice plz. thnx in advance.missy |

I think he was after more than that, like Meal times and types .
This isn't meant to sound rude, but I would sincerely hope your diet is not solely Bagels, Milk and Coffee, or I'd be very concerned.
Though I think at least the Bagels are a possible no-no, but until more is known, I cannot say nay to anything else, should the need be there. |
