not a bad starting point...you haven't said what your goals are or anything but i asume increae muscle/decrease fat...

I probably should of state that I am 5'11" and weight 190

I'm down from a year ago weighting 235

Those are my goals; I play lacrosse, so I'm hoping to gain more mass before season starting in February
