Hi
I'm almost 16yrs old and about 135 pounds.
I would like to get bigger arms and forearms. I have an access to a a small gym with cable machines and ez bars.
How should i work out? Which exercises? How many reps per set and how many sets are appropriate? Is more reps/sets with lighter weights better or less reps/sets with heavier weights? What muscles are exercised by doing push ups?

At 135, you should be more concerned about overall body development. Think legs and back, what do you want to look like Popeye or something?
Seriously, what are you doing now for training? |
