I looked at this forum yesterday and after seeing a lot of posts for the Waterbury method I was wondering if my routine is crap.
I'm going to be 17 in a month 5'11'' and 155lbs. I have a bench, dumbbells, and enough weights for them.
Mon-Chest
Tue-Traps & Delts
Wed-Legs
Thur-Back
Fri-Arms
Sat-Rest
Sun-Rest
Warm Up with 5min of jump rope then stretching and the same for a cool down. I do 3x8 set/rep with 6 exercises a day, except Tuesday which has 8 and for legs I do 3x15 because they are where most of my fat is. I drink a protein shake 30min before & after my lift and I try to eat as healthy as I can. I'm looking to gain some muscle but not really go crazy. I've been seeing ok results, but could I be getting better? |
