usually my workouts are in the morning. i try to get about 2 breakfasts in before it. does it hurt to get a lot of carbs after my workout? and if im going to bed at like 11:30, should i not eat a snack at or after 9:30?

Carbs after a workout are good. High GI Complex Carbs, help replenish Muscle Glycogen, and increase Lowered Bloodsugar back up.

You don't need a load, but a good 30-40g won't harm.
