Christopheel,
That 1/2 hour is for off days from weights, she will need to work up to higher intensities for longer durations. This will help with that.

| Vamp, even on cardio only days I only do 10 minutes, harder, but only 10. |

| there is a point where you can't go harder though so you can try and go longer but probably not longer than 20mins max |

so for off weights day i do cardio for about 20mins...
warm up
walk briskly
jog
sprint
walk briskly
warm down
is this alright????????
and thanks so much for all the advice
protein for every meal it has been ......this my 3rd week in this plan to loose weight...furthest i have gone....

now theres a huge problem
my sis in laws house burnt down and she is at my place with her left over stuff.....i have no space to do weights....my diet is not looking so good with a lot to do around the house.....not complaing but well..umm....yeah sort of complaining....sorry if i sound mean
anyways i am still going for the jog in the morning for 30minsutes though...last week i sort of ate whatever i could because i just couldnt keep up....i had not planned for the incident....
what to do now... |

hi there all
well guess what my house is finally free as of tonight and i will be bale to have my space and do wts..i missed it..and i cant ebelive i am saying that
i also have some good news...i listened to swanso and carried on eating well and also doing cardio...i know wts is better but didnt have much choice for this week....i have lost about 1.5kilos in one month
is that little?????????
i wish there was more though....maybe the drawback last week was not of much help
some people have slo commented that i look A LITTLE SMALLER.....but hey theres a start right
i am happy but have along way to go
looks like i will hin the 80 mark or maybe less beofre my birthday....
lets hope |

No 3.3lbs in one month isn't small at all, it's very good.
