what are apples and peaches measured in when you eat the raw hand fruit kind? like just a plain old apple.

I don't fully understand the meaning of your question, are you talking about a standard unit of measurement of Fruit, like weight for example?

oh im sorry, i meant like this. okay say you have an apple. and like if you ate the whole apple, what would you put that down as on the todays foods? it has stuff like servngs, cupslices, oz, lb and all that.

Difficult to say. You could use cup sizes or ounces, but you'd have to cut up the Apple first, then measure it with scales or some other similar device of type.

I'd probably just put on whole regular apple, and list it as 80 / 81 calories.

ok thanks, il just go with the cup slice. i dont think it will make a huge difference if it WERE oz. lol

Try a site called onlineconversion.com. You might know better then, if the calculations you want to make, differ vastly from one type ot the other.
