| Hellow guys and gals, I am new to this site but I am really excited about it. This is one of the best if not the best sites out there. Well I need some basic help with my diet, I am not new to this weight lost ordeals. About 4 years ago I was so over weight that I reached 220 lbs.... I am only 5 ' 6 so im not that tall. I was at work one morning and and climbed a set of stairs after getting my coffee and I could not breathe. So I went cold turkey and started working out. It took me a 1 year and 5 months to loose 65 pouns. I did mostly by spending numerous hours in the gym and not really monitoring my diet. For loosing so much weight my body developed gal stones and needed surgery. After surgery I let go of my work out routines and have slowly put on all if not most of my weight back. I think I am back at 200 lbs. I want to loose the weight again but I want to do it the right way. I am 27 years old and I need to take care of my body. This is an example of what I am doing now. Please feel free to make suggestions or tell me what you think might be better. Today I woke at 5 15 am had a cup of oatmeal with a toast and orange juice. First snack= 2 boiled eggs with a banana. 2nd meal= chicken breast with brocoli and 1 slice of wheat bread. SecondS nack= fruit or some almonds. Third meal. Fish with rice. Last snack= some tuna with crackers.I drink water all day and nothing else. I just need some guidence. I have read some forums and you guys are great at helping and motivating people. This site has motivated me to live healthy again. Thanks sincerely, abe |
