does anyone have any suggestions for nutritious, 300 calorie or less meals? and/or mealplans?
snacks that are 300 calories or less?
i'm trying to eat 5 times a day but i dont know how much is a portion size for that, and what i should be eating when!
any advice much appriciated |

meal 1 - fruit, high fibre cerial
2 - fruit, solid protein, veggies
3 - solid protein, veggies, salad
4 - solid protein veggies, salad
5 - solid protein, veggies, salad
fruit - any
veg - any
salad - any
solid protein - red meat, chicken, fish, tuna, sardines, pork, turkey, eggs |

^^ That pretty much sums it up.
My plan when I cut some serious weight was
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1 cup of Go Lean cereal
Snack 2: Protein powder in water
Meal 3: Apple & 2 handfuls of almonds
Snack 4: Protein powder in Milk
Meal 5: Chicken breast with a side of some kind of greens or chicken salad
If your not into the whey protein powder then subbing some lean meat with fruit or veggies should work just fine.
From what i've heard and what's worked for me (don't know if science backs it up) is to eat most of your carbs early in the day and as you go on protein should be the focus with some "good" fats to keep you full. |
