overhead dumbeel tricep extensions
im doing these because i have a dumbbels at home which i can use. im just wondering when m standing up. i lower my arms down. how low should i go. isit a 90 degrees where my forearms would be parallel to teh ceiling or i should fully go down as in stetchh my tricep fully where my fist would be aroun my neck area |

You can go a little below 90 degrees as long as it's comfortable.  |

| so u mean its better off using a ighter weight and going all teh way down compared to using a heavier dumbbell and only going 90 degrees? |

| well it's just not a very good exercise really...try diamond, tiger bend push ups and bodyweightr tricep extensions |
