Which one is better?
A while ago I bought fish oil capsules and I was taking twice a day. I recently bought some cla just to try. Can I take both at the same time? like 1 meal fish oil, other meal CLA?
THanks Very Happy

Conjugated Linoileic Acid, is a healthy Oil, and is good for you. I would say if you want both in your day as you described you can do that, just don't go overboard and start having about 3-4 amounts of both, just stick to one amount of each, and keep them spaced as well like you were describing.

I take both and have CLA in the morning with breakfast and fish oils at lunch. They are great to add to your body for support!

I forgot to reply on time...
SOOO TOO much fish oil or cla is bad, right??
I usually have 2 fish oils (2.5g fat each) at lunch, and then maybe next meal flaxseed...then 1or 2 cla's...and dinner 2 fish oils...right now I had three with my salad. I had two earlier for lunch and NO CLA's.

That seems like a lot of fat for one fish oil pill.

Some info for you might be here, too, as I asked a similar question:

Now I am a bit confused Sad
Amatlack, from the link you posted, I got a bit confused with my fat intake. I used to take 40-50g of fat. But now Im down 40% P 30%C 30% F soo like today im eating 2100 cals. so thats about 70g of fats. Ive been with the 40-30-30 for about 2 weeks already havent really gotten "fat" from it, (bc I dont go over my cals and all that) but could it be bad? my fats come from live oil, fish oil, cla, flaxseed, and fats from like oats etc.

As long as you're not overdoing it on Fats per meal it's fine. It's about spreading them evenly, so you're not getting too much at one sitting.

Took me less than 1 minute to Google this. Seems to indicate it's good for Diabetics not bad.
