Hello everyone. I need help finding a multivitamin that helps with energy. I have tried the GNC products (mega men; men's energy vitapak) and they do not work for me. I have been doing research, but all of the multivitamins I've come across have some form of caffeine (which I do not want to take).

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance

a friend of mine swears by animal pak (www.animalpak.com very nice site btw) and many online bodybuilders and powerlifters claim it one of the best multivitamins. so if you are willing to swollow more than ten huge pills a day you might want to try it out... i personaly go with a multivitamin in liquid form, the bottle is in my office i'll give you the name tomorrow.

the guy i'm drinking is called Drinkables Ultimate Multi-Vitamin. It is good, not as strong as many others but very convenient to drink, i mix it to my milk in the morning.

Multivitamins do not provide energy themselves, but are essential for metabolizing energy substrates meaning they enable cells to derive energy from carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Eating a well rounded diet with adequate calories provides energy.

Sameey is right. Vitamins do not provide energy. Energy comes from food sources. Fining more energy can be doen through eating what your body needs, regular exercise, adequate water intake, and adequate sleep.

There is a good multi-vitamin that is also for building lean muscle mass and providing energy called Activite by MHP. I have not tried this myself, but have heard good things about it, and it appears to not have caffiene.. but there are a lot of ingredients, so read carefully. If you try it, let me know if it worked well for you.

this is where I shop and you can read about it here if you like:
