I had a hysterectomy about 2 months ago now and I am looking to start excersising. I haven't been able to do much but sit on my butt for 8 weeks!!! My problem with excersing is that I build muscle super fast. I find that I bulk up, but neve lose the fat. I've been told that you have to build muscle in order to lose fat, but how do you do both without bulking out? I am having menepausal cravings that I just can't control at all. I have to have my chocolate fix everyday, and my cappacino.
Help please! |

| I recommend incorporating cardio into your regimen if you have not already which is also good for fat burning. |

Not as far as the surgery goes, I've been given NO restrictions.
I had a pelvic injury years ago, that prevents me from doing many excercises involving the rotation of the hips. Such things as Tie Boe, karate. I prefer using the ball because the physical therapist said it's the best for my injury. I do love to dance, and it doesn't seem to hurt my hips.
Thanks for your help, |
