| i just had a baby 5 months ago and my bmi is like 35 i need some advice on what to do . i like taking classes so which ones should i do ? i want to lose about 25 lbs in 3 months . |

| classes are no good without some sort of muscle building training...try resistance execises (weights, bodyweight etc) |

| okay well there is a class called body pump where u use free weights is that good |

| the wts you'd use wouldn't be heavy enough to build muscle and maybe not even maintain it although it's better than nothing. I would get into a structured weight training program to build musle which burns fat |

I would go to body pump along side a trainning prog! I would add 20-30 mins of cv in there keeping the heart rate at 70% that should do it!  |

| u could use it as a recovery type session too as the lighter wts will actually get blood into sore muscles (at least they should be if training properly) and fluch out toxins and such. for cardio try interval training over steady state as it's more anaerobic thus increasing metabolism etc like wts do |
