| I play a lot of baseball in the summer, and i notice that my right arm (throwing arm) gets worked out ALOT more than my left. By the end of the season my left arm is much weaker...and you can actually see that the right arm is more toned. Are there any excersizes i can do at the gym or at home to even out my arms? |

if you do exercises for your strong arm, do the same for the weak arm if not more now that it's weaker or smaller. really though you've got to expect this just like basketballers have 1 bigger calf from jumping etc. I'm an aussie so no nothing about baseball except that it's long and boring. I wood contact Alwyn Cosgrove.
