|

Hi everyone!
I've started doing 1 hour of cardio 5 times a week in hopes that'd lose weight. Instead, I'm noticing my thighs getting flabbier than they were before when I'd weight train and only do 15 minutes of cardio. Is cardio the best exercise for losing weight or should I combine cardio and weights?
Thanks for your help!

| that much cardio without working out as much, will make you lose lean muscle mass especially if your running for pro longed periods of time, well at least what i have noticed in myself |

| the more times you do cardio like that the more ineffective it becomes...try High Intensity Interval Trainign for 20min maximum and you'll notice a big difference and get back to wts...wts mon, wed, fri and intervals, tue and sat for starters |

There is no need of doing that much cardio. It would be much better to combine strength training and some quality cardio. A lot of people think cardio is better for weight loss than strength training...hitting the weights hard actually burns as mnay calories as very intense cardio.
