Hi everyone! My name is Monique. I'm new to this forum. I have recently started working out about 2 months ago and have hit a pleteau Any tips on getting rid of lower belly fat? It's not much but SO STUBBORN!!!! |

Hay, how are you .
Well not really anything much you can do to specifically target said area, but here are a few things I would say are worth you trying, for general Fat loss.
1. A good 6 meal a day diet, with Lean Protein, Clean Carb and Essential Fats sources.
2. Good water intake.
3. Good cardio and weights programmes.
4. Making sure your calorie intake a day, is about 1,800-2,000, within the normal healthy female average.
5 .Good sleep patterns.
6. Low stress levels, (keeping Cortisol at low levels, to avoid increasing Fat around the midsection).
Hopefully that gives you a good indication, of what's possible.

| consisitent long term quality eating...exercise wise the more intencse you can do it the better and try 4 point stomach vaccums |
