| what do u guys do when ur muscle aches? i mean usually my muscle aches for abt 1 week then only it'll recover so i dunno what im gonna do in that 1 week time?i might gain weights too..lol |

Sounds like DOMS.
In which case, try doing a bit of walking style Cardio, not much, just 5-10 minutes light stuff, and some stretching, both after weights, to cut it down. |

Yes, but you could do that on a Treadmill, or walk home, if you live near to your Gym, then stretch.
I just said walking Cardio, as opposed ot something like Sprints, or Interval etc etc, which wouldn't be necessary, unless you only have the ability to do Cardio sessions after a weights session. |
