Hi, I have a question. Let's say you do cardio for 45 minutes and you lose a few pounds and keep your heart at a certain heartrate. If you keep doing cardio like this, will you eventually lose all fat or will your body get used to it and will require you to make the cardio harder. I go on a bike and go on fat burning and have my target set to 163 everytime, so if my heartrate drops, the bike will add resistance.
Thanks. |

| ur rite it will so now you need to start doing the same amount of wiork in less time by either decresing rest if interval training or running faster. don't increase time as you'll still be at the same int level and the body won't notice the difference. try interval training it's 400000% better |
