I am starting to get back into gym cardio training.
I use to do just the x-trainer and this was good. A freidn of mine suggested I only do stepper as it burns more fat faster. Is this true?
Am i better mixing u a cardio session 10mins each a different machine or am I better doing a different machine each time I go?

| regular sprinting and skipping is better as the more of your bodyweight you have to carry thr more calories are burnt...doesn't matter how tyou distribute time for each machine s long as you do it as hard as you can but variety sakes and if you get bored easliy split total cardio time up over 2 or more machines |
